CMT3 has the task to comprehensively develop and stabilize participants in the area of self-knowledge, attitudes towards themselves, others and the environment, psychosomatic and emotional stress, psychospiritual anchoring and stability, continuous personal growth and deep holistic personality profiling with a focus on therapeutic action in holistic music therapy, applied by the CMLH method of PaedDr. Lubomír Holzer. During the training the trainee gains insight (expansion of consciousness), or undergoes abreaction and corrective experience (component - emotional, cognitive, conative). There is a "personality" change and a change in the quality of his relationships. Along with this, the emotional intelligence of the participant deepens. This is necessary to acquire quality therapeutic skills, including the ability to build an effective therapeutic relationship.
